February, March, and April mark a significant phase of growth for Tigg with the introduction of key features including Backup in Tigg, QR Code in Sales Invoice, Fewa Pay Integration, Bank Integration with Citizens Bank, and Customizable Printing Templates, along with continuous improvements in system performance and user experience.
At Tigg, we continue to focus on improving the platform so businesses can operate faster, smarter, and with greater confidence.
Let’s explore what’s new.
Organizations can now securely back up their data directly within Tigg, giving them greater control over data storage and management. Users can create and store backups within the software, ensuring easy access to up-to-date information whenever needed.

Overall, this enhancement improves data accessibility, streamlines operations, and provides organizations with better control over their critical business data.
Tigg now allows users to fully customize printing templates by creating them from scratch using HTML code and custom tags. This enhancement provides complete flexibility to design printable documents like invoices according to specific business requirements.
Users can now define their own template structure, design layouts, and control how information is displayed by using custom HTML-based templates instead of fixed formats.
This feature is currently available for invoices and credit notes and will be gradually extended to other transaction types.
To access this feature in Tigg, navigate to:
Configuration → Apps → Printing Templates → Add New Templates → Custom Templates

This improvement enables businesses to build fully customized and structured document formats that better align with their operational and presentation needs within Tigg.
Tigg now includes QR codes in sales invoices and credit notes as per IRD e-Billing requirements and applicable regulatory standards. The QR code contains key document information such as invoice/credit note number, seller and buyer PAN, total amount, VAT amount, and document date, allowing quick and accurate access to details when scanned.
This feature ensures that invoices and credit notes are generated in a standardized e-billing format, supporting better record-keeping, transparency, and compliance. It also makes it easier to digitally verify document information when required.
By incorporating QR codes into both invoices and credit notes, businesses can enhance data accessibility, improve verification processes, and maintain more structured and reliable billing practices.

Tigg POS Mobile App is now available on the Play Store for Android users, enabling businesses to manage key operations anytime, anywhere.
Through the mobile app, users can carry out complete POS operations, including quick billing and instant invoice generation, enabling faster service and improved customer handling.
This update helps users perform faster billing on the go and stay updated with essential business information in real time.
The Tigg POS Mobile App enhances efficiency, improves accessibility, and supports smoother and quicker business operations.

Tigg POS now supports Fewa Pay integration for users with Fewa Pay POS devices, enabling businesses to accept multiple types of digital payments at the point of sale, including Fonepay Dynamic QR, NepalPay Dynamic QR and card payments.
Customers can complete transactions by scanning dynamic QR codes via supported mobile banking apps or by using debit/credit cards through card scan, tap, or insert methods on the Fewa Pay POS device.
This integration helps streamline payment processing at the counter, making checkout faster, more flexible, and convenient for customers while improving overall transaction efficiency.

Organizations can now access bank feed integration with Citizens Bank directly within Tigg, in addition to the existing integration with Global IME Bank. This feature allows users to sync bank statement transaction lists into the system.
The synced transactions can be viewed within Tigg and matched with existing records for easier reconciliation. Users can also identify and record payments based on these synced statement entries, helping improve accuracy and reducing manual effort in tracking.
With bank feed support for multiple banks, including Global IME Bank and Citizens Bank, users can manage and review transaction data more efficiently within a single system.
This enhancement improves transaction visibility, simplifies reconciliation, and provides better control over bank statement data within Tigg.
