At Tigg, we’re constantly working to enhance our platform and provide our users with improved functionalities. Here’s a quick look at some of the latest updates rolled out in September 2024 to streamline your accounting and reporting processes.
18 September 2024: Enhancements to Ledger Reports
We’ve made several enhancements to the detailed general ledger, customer statement, and supplier statement reports, making it easier and more efficient to manage your financial reports.
Improved Excel Export Design and UI: The export function for Excel files has received a makeover, offering a cleaner design that is easier to read and work with.
Grouping Ledger Reports by Account and Sub Account: You can now organize your ledger data more effectively by grouping it based on specific accounts and sub-accounts, providing a more detailed financial overview.
Filter Ledger Reports by Recent First: Sorting your ledger reports has become more intuitive with the ability to filter by the most recent transactions first.
Display Item Details in Customer and Supplier Statements: You can now view detailed item information directly in your customer and supplier statements, providing greater clarity in your financial reports.
26 September 2024: Customer, Supplier, and Account Page Improvements
We’ve made some user interface improvements across the Customer, Supplier, and Account pages to enhance usability:
Cleaner Design: The pages now feature a cleaner, more streamlined design, making it easier to navigate and find information.
View Statement with Running Balance: You can now view the statement along with a running balance directly within the Customer, Supplier, and Account pages, providing a real-time overview of your account status.
Export Ledger Report Option: We’ve added an export option, allowing you to download the ledger reports from within the page quickly.
30 September 2024: Improved Document Numbering System
To help you stay organized across multiple billing locations and fiscal periods, we’ve added new customization options for document numbering:
Next Number Set by Fiscal Year: You can now configure the next transaction number for each fiscal year, allowing easier setup of numbering for previous fiscal years as well.
Unique Numbering for Each Billing Location: If you manage multiple billing locations, you can now assign unique document numbering for each one, simplifying transaction numbering and tracking.
